1. SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE

By making a reservation through Fishing Boats in Cancun, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the services provider at which you book. Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products, or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

3. FREE OF CHARGE

Our service is free of charge because, unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees.

4. PAYMENT GATEWAYS

We accept Stripe and Paypal as payment. Fishing Boats in Cancun is not responsible for any service purchased through any third party. For all customer’s security, Fishing Boats in Cancun may ask to show Official ID and the credit card with which the purchase was made. In case you can´t prove your identity, the service may be denied.

5. CANCELLATION

By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy. Please note that a reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be canceled (without prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards, or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount. If you wish to review, adjust, or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein.

Refund canceling 24 hours in advance directly in our system. 100% Refund from the payment.

Canceling on the activity day or not taking the tour will be marked as “No Show” and non-refund will be done.

Reschedule must be requested 24 before your activity directly on the contact information we provided in the email.

6. FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE

By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your reservation and destination, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form. 8. PROTECTION

The security and confidentiality of the data that users provide to contract a service or buy a product online will be protected by a secure server under the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol so that the data sent will be transmitted encrypted to ensure it remains safeguarded. To verify that you are in a protected environment make sure that an S appears in the navigation bar. Example: https://. However, and despite counting with more secure tools each day, protection of data transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100%; so that once received, we will do everything possible to safeguard the information.

Snorkelling Turtle Excursion with Cancun Adventures We booked an excursion through BD experience for Friday April 1st 2022 for swimming with turtle. We did not get to do it only the cenote part, and we were told by Cancun Adventures guide Jose Juan that they would refund our money and i even took pictures of the incident report and pic of guide stating this. Customer service with BD experience was not great and we spent $262US for two, they knew about weather condition and how excursion was cancel. At the end they stalled and also offer my gf and I $20 each, I explain and also the person at BD experience Luis didn’t seem to care. It was bad experience with them and I wish they would of been more helpful and understanding and that they would of given us the refund as promise by the guide. It was almost a blame game with them blaming Cancun Adventures even though they work together selling their excursions.

Tulum Yalku plus tour We booke the tour thru the concierge at Dreams Puerto Aventura. Small groups, I think we were 14 all from the same hotels, we went first to the ruins of Tulum, had a great guided tour, our guide was very knowledgeable, then off to a cenote, pretty remote, we were equipped with a mask and floatable belt, it started great, we were by ourselves with our guide, Fernanda took us thru some narrow spaces we would never had done on our own, the negative part when we were almost finished two others tour 20-24 showed up, I felt bad for them because their experience was going to be very different from ours, at least we were alone for a bit, the groups were from the same company, then we went to Yalku, an estuary, where fresh water meet ocean water, nice but there was a ton of people, same company again, did not feel very special if the world is there. Ended up the day with a lunch at Punta Venado , a club where all the groups from Cancun Adventures meet, lunch was okay, but cold, a common problem here in Mexico. It was a small group tour, our driver and our guide Fernanda were great , I wish, since it seemed to me the company uses the same places, they would scheduled them at different times. Great day, did things I never thought I would do.

Sailing and snorkeling in Cancun I love to snorkel, and been to many places to snorkel. This trip with Cancun Adventures was on e of the best. Samuel was our guide. He did a great job explaining all the precautions that we needed to know. The Catarman boat was clean and in great condition. There was six crew members to make sure we were well taken care of. Any kind of alcoholic drink or nonalcoholic was provided. Samuel took us to a great place to snorkel. There were underwater statues and barracudas. Lunch was good. Janie took great pictures that you can order. The music was great. I recommend this trip for anyone!

Snorkeling excursion Bus arrived for pick up 40 min late. Given we were told to be 15 min early, we waited nearly an hour. Then it was a 45 min drive. First stop, the driver dropped us off at the wrong stop! Grabbed a street vendor to help with translation and directions. Another 30 min for processing and it was nearly 2 hours total time before we set sail after leaving the hotel. Experience on the boat was wonderful. Poncho and the crew were awesome! Very skilled captain. Crew was extremely friendly and attentive. You only snorkel for about 45 min. Sailing and snorkeling were great. Lunch stop was fun. Local color and flair and food was very good. Some more fun on the boat and then you get “dumped” on the Mujeres Island. Absolutely awful tourist trap. Stuck there for over 2 hours! Brutally hot. Crowed beach and everyone trying to constantly sell you. Tried to take refuge under a palm tree. Who would leave a beautiful resort to think that is fun? They MUST be tied in financially with the tour boats or there would be absolutely no reason to go there. Then another wonderful sail back with Poncho and the crew for an overall fun day, which has us back to the hotel 8 hours after we left. Island is brutal, the boat time is great. Only way I would do it again is if I could avoid the island.

Catamaran Cruise My girlfriend and I, along with two other couples spent the morning and early afternoon on a beautiful catamaran. They provided us expert guidance while snorkeling and great recommendations for our 3 hour free time on Isla Mujeres. The staff on board #7 were polite, profession and so very much fun. They took care of all our needs. Highly recommended! A+++ service!

Snorkel en Akumal y en cenote azul, excelente Realizamos este tour privado de la mano de Cancun Elite y conducidos por Miguel Angel, nuestro conductor y guía a lo largo del dia. Empezamos en el cenote azul, un cenote abierto con zonas pocos profundas, muy cristalino, con abundante vida y excelente para pasarlo bien con unas gafas de nadar o para meter los pies y que los pececillos te hagan un peeling. De allí, a un centro de buceo donde hicimos un snorkel guiados por Sergio por la playa de Akumal. No tuvimos muy buena suerte con el mar que estaba algo movido y la visibilidad no era la mejor, pero vimos dos tortugas, una manta raya, varias rayas y abundante variedad de peces. Tras el snorkel de aproximadamente 1 hora, nos cambiamos para comer en un restaurante cercano junto a nuestro chofer. El dia muy muy agradable. Recomendable. Gracias Miguel Angel.

Sunset catamaran ride If it wasn’t for the poor van transportation to and from hotel I would give 4 stars the crew o# 12 was very good serving drinks, light snack and fun. BUT the rideTo and from the location was a nightmare. We were the first hotel to be picked up at, then two other hotels. Which doesn’t sound bad but that took over 30 minutes plus a 40 minute drive to get to the boat. On the way back there was another Hotel stops before us which added another 15minutes.Driver was very aggressive at driving and felt unsafe at times. We found out there was another couple from our hotel on the same catamaran but they didn’t arrange the driver to pick us both up at the same time3 1/2 hours in a van for one hour and 45 minute ride wasn’t what we were expecting. Had we done our own transportation we would’ve given the catamaran ride a 4 1/2 star.
